Frequently Asked Questions

Why no subscription tiers?
Subscription pricing punishes seasonal contractors and rewards us for software you don't use. We charge for two things: the infrastructure you actually consume, and the leads we actually deliver. Slow week, small bill.
How is the per-lead rate set?
Per trade vertical. The rate for a solar install lead is different from a drain-cleaning lead because the job value is different. We share the rate sheet during onboarding — no surprise pricing.
What does "pass-through infrastructure" actually mean?
Every vendor cost (Twilio messages, Cloudflare requests, Stripe processing) is billed to you at the vendor's public list price. You see the same line items on your invoice that we see on ours. Zero markup.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We run on Cloudflare's infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance. You own your data and can export it at any time.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Greenput is fully web-based and works on any device with a modern browser. The contractor portal is mobile-optimized for on-site use.
